You will be assigned a sales coach for 18 months to walk you through the sales process. No insurance experience required.
As a Huff Insurance sales professional, you will build and develop client relationships within local communities to promote our products.
We will support you as you grow and learn within our agency. As your client base grows, your earning potential does as well through a combination of guaranteed base salary and sales based bonuses.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF INSIDE SALES PERSON
- Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, warn calling and lead databases.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
REQUIREMENETS FOR AN INSIDE SALES PERSON
- Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
- Must be awesome at opening doors and getting appointments from a cold start.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Willing to earn a Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
- Follow through and exceed current and prospective client expectations.
- Previous work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing.
