Cortney A. Schmidt is an ambitious go getter who is always eager to help others. Her background is in teaching which contributes to her natural caring and creative personality. As the director of first impressions,  her positive outlook is a great fit for our company and customers. Driven to grow and help other with understanding how insurance can work for them and how to protect their family’s in the long run is something she is passionate about. She lives in Anne Arundel county with her fiancé and daughter. Cortney enjoys spending her spare time with family and friends and volunteering in her community. Her favorite hobby is putting puzzles together and keeping her hands busy with different house project.
