       Nancy is the youngest of Ray Huff's children. She started working in the agency when she was 14 years old, anwering the phones and filing during summer vacations. Nancy joined the agency full time in 1994 after she graduated Cum Laude from Salisbury State University. She began working in the personal lines department, in 2000 Nancy was moved into the commercial lines department. In 2002, Nancy earned her CPCU (certified property and casualty underwriter) after only 3 years of studying, it usually takes 5 years to earn this designation. In 2004, Nancy was the youngest person to be named President of the Independent Insurance Agents Association of Maryland. Nancy just earned her AAI designation. She is still active in the Independent Insurance Agents association and is the liason to the ACT (agents council of technology) committee. Nancy and her husband Jerry, have 2 children, Allie and Dalton that both attend Fort Smallwood Elementary School. Between work, activities with the kids afterschool, her church and community activites Nancy stays very busy.

Nancy is honored to be able to continue her father's legacy. Her father taught her the customer comes first and to always provide service after the sale.

She began working in insurance as a file clerk in 1985 at a small agency in Brooklyn Park. Shortly thereafter, she obtained my Property and Casualty insurance license. After 15 years she decided that she wanted more growth opportunities and moved to the personal lines department of W. Ray Huff & Associates here in Pasadena. What an experience it has been!! She came on board just as the agency was preparing to celebrate 40 years of business and service to the community. It has been her honor to work in the personal lines department for over 7 ½ years, and she looks forward to the 50^th Anniversary in 2010!!!

In 2007 she obtained her Life and Heath license under the encouragement of Mr. Ray Huff.  She looks forward to growing and learning more as she continus her insurance career.

She hopes that you will not hesitate to contact her if she may be of any assistance with your personal lines account, or if you are looking for new personal lines insurance. We are an agency built on the principle of SERVICE and it is her hope is to provide THE best service to all of our clients, both current and new.

In 2005 her life truly started with the birth of her baby girl. Since then she has begun looking for her niche in life. For years, she has been in customer service and found it to be a rewarding career, but every job she had wasn't challenging enough. Julia always wanted to be constantly challenged and the careers that she was in weren't. Within two years of the birth of her daughter Julia entered into a career that satisfied her craving of knowledge and challenges.  She entered into the 'World of Insurance'.  She met people who had been in this career for years and they informed her that there wasn't a day that went by that they didn't learn something new. This intrigued Julia. So, this began her insurance career.

In November of 2007, Julia took her Property and Casualty Licensing exam and truly begun her occupation in a rewarding career of Customer Servicing. In our office we have a plaque that states "There is only one boss. The Customer. And they can fire everyone else in the company, from the chairman on down, simply by spending their money somewhere else" and Julia believes that this is one of the truest of customer service statements that you will find. Her goal in this company is to make sure that all of our customers are serviced with the best and continue to come back for years to come.

Amber is in charge of the book keeping and collecting the payments of our customers. Amber is a bright young lady who is a senior at Glen Burnie High School. Amber has a lot of enthusiasm and is very pleasant. I am sure that you will enjoy meeting Amber when you visit our office.

For more about Amber, she lives in Glen Burnie with her mom and has a boyfriend, who also attends school with her. Amber has 2 horses. Amber was Junior Prom Queen and Homecoming Queen at Glen Burnie High School.   Amber is looking forward to graduation and advancing in her insurance career.
