Nancy Nicklow

Nancy A. Huff-Nicklow has been working for Huff Insurance since she was 14. Her father, Ray Huff founded the agency and Nancy started working with him during summer breaks from high school. There is not one job in the agency that Nancy has not done, from filing, to reporting claims, to working in the personal lines and the commercial lines departments.

Nancy has been a lifetime resident of Pasadena, Maryland. She graduated from Chesapeake High School and then went to Salisbury University where she graduated cum laude with a major in business administration and a minor in psychology. Since graduating college Nancy has still be attending school, and has obtained her Chartered Property & Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation, Associated Advisor of Insurance (AAI) and Construction Risk & Insurance Specialist (CRIS). Nancy was president of the Independent Insurance Association of Maryland in 2002-2003 and currently serves on the National Agency Council of Technology (ACT) committee.

Nancy attends Harundale Presbyterian Church in Glen Burnie. She has a daughter, Allie and a son Dalton. Her son is very active in sports and attending soccer, football or baseball games is a regular event. Dalton has played for the Bucs, Pasadena Baseball and Lake Shore Soccer.

Nancy enjoys relaxing on their beach and spending time with family and friends.

Jerry Nicklow

Jerry Nicklow has been a full time member of Huff Insurance since 2008. Jerry serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Huff Insurance. His main duties are to manage the agency’s finances and marketing strategies. Jerry has been in the insurance industry since 1995. Prior to joining Huff Insurance, Jerry was the Underwriting and Operations Manager for Agency Insurance Company, a regional automobile insurance company located in Maryland, from 1997-2008. Jerry a graduated Arundel High School in 1989, where he was a member of the baseball team. He went on to play baseball at Anne Arundel Community College from 2001-2002, and Salisbury State University from 2002-2005 and graduated Summa Cum-Laude with a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in finance.

Jerry enjoys being involved with the local business associations and chambers of commerce. In 2009, Jerry established the Jerry Nicklow Student Athlete Scholarship at Anne Arundel Community College in to assist in the education expenses for student athletes who have a financial need. He also serves on the board of directors of the Anne Arundel Community College Foundation.

Jerry enjoys spending time with his wife, Nancy, and their two children.

Cheryl Jones

Cheryl has been with Huff Insurance since 2000, and has proudly served in the insurance industry for over 25 years. She started her career at a small local agency as a receptionist. For her first 10 years at Huff Insurance, she served in our personal lines department. She has since taken advantage of an opportunity to move to our commercial department as a commercial insurance account manager.

In 2010 Cheryl obtained her ACSR designation (Accredited Customer Service Representative) and was nominated for and won the Maryland ACSR of the year award for 2010. She is currently working towards her AAI (Accredited Advisor in Insurance) designation, which she should have completed by year end. She looks forward to continuing her education in the insurance industry, currently focusing on all things commercial.

The mother of one grown daughter and she is active in a local chapter of Beta Sigma Phi social sorority.

Kelly Luthardt

In 2005, Kelly started working after school at a local insurance office in her neighborhood with her aunt. After graduating high school, she continued to work there while going to college. After completing a semester of college and working as a clerical secretary almost a year, she decided that she to get her insurance license in 2006, and continued to work as an agent at the same office. In May of 2009, she came to work at Huff Insurance, she started as our Personal Lines Assistant CSR and is now one of our Personal Lines Producers.

Beth has worked at Huff Insurance since 2005. Her current position is the front office specialist. Her duties include accounting, customer claims handling and daily interaction with the customers of Huff Insurance. Beth has earned the Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS) and the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designations.
